Dryland at the Athens Rec Center Monday 10/5 and Wednesday 10/7. Off-ice and on-ice at The Battery on 10/11. Players need to be conditioning on their own as well!

Week 1 of Practice for Varsity / JV: Dryland on 9/28 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm at outdoor roller rink behind Athens Recreation Center on East State Street in Athens. Ice session shared with DeSales on 9/29 7:40 - 8:30 pm at Chiller Easton.  Temperature / Symptom check required before ALL team events. Arrive early enough to get your health check and warm up.
