PLAYER JERSEYS
Please note that game jerseys are for players 10U and older.  6U/8U players are provided youth jerseys by the AYHA.

Game jerseys are $130 for a pair (one green home and one white away), and they may be ordered by filling out and submitting the following online form: 

AYHA 2023 / 2024 Player Jersey Order Form

Please fill out the form, including three preferred numbers for the jerseys; all jersey numbers are reviewed and approved by the Registrar to avoid conflicts (prior season youth players may keep their previous jersey number).  Pay close attention to the jersey sizing chart and remember to account for your youth player wearing equipment as well as a little future growth when taking measurements (many families can get two seasons or more out of jerseys).  When the jerseys arrive, they will be billed to your player's Active.com account and added to the monthly registration fee payment.

Hint: Consider having your youth player try on another player's jersey (while wearing shoulder and elbow pads) to verify fit before ordering.


FAN JERSEYS
Fan Jerseys are green, $65 each, and they may be ordered by filling out and submitting the following online form:

Please fill out the form, including the number for the jersey.  If you need to order a second fan jersey, please fill out the form a second time.

Pay close attention to the jersey sizing chart on the form when taking measurements, and account for the fan wearing a coat/pullover under the jersey (rinks get cold).  When the jersey arrives, it will be billed to your player's Active.com account and added to the monthly registration fee payment.
