• Distribute and collect GoPro cameras / SD cards at the start / end of the season from team managers

Allison Kelley

Position Responsibilities
• Write minutes of board meetings and distribute within ten days of meetings 
• Write and distribute news of Association activities to members

Dustin Altop

Position Responsibilities
• Prepare annual budget for association activities 
• Maintain funds, pay bills, and account for expenditures of the Association 
• Report to the board monthly on the finances of the Association 
• Compile annual report of association income and expenditures 
• File tax returns 
• Serve on the Executive Committee and the Conduct Committee ×

• Oversight of AYHA on-ice activity including team practices and volunteer coach scheduling

• Management of on-ice equipment and making recommendations for purchasing new equipment ×

Amanda McCumber

Position Responsibilities
• Maintain files on all players 
• Coordinate deposit of funds received with the treasurer 
• Register players and teams with USA Hockey 
• Maintain association membership list 
• Confirm certifications for coaches/volunteers are up to date  
• Notify families of loss of skating privileges due to non-payment of fees as directed by the board×

Deb McAvoy

Position Responsibilities
• Schedule referees in coordination with the scheduler for all home games 
• Recruit and develop new referees as needed 
• Organize referee clinics and maintain certification records 
• Schedule home ice usage for all association activities (games, practices, tournaments)
• Serve as liaison to Bird Ice Arena relative to scheduling
