AYHA Bantams
Bantams are players birth year 2000 and 2001. The Bantam Head Coach is Daniel Hartnett. The Bantams practice twice weekly, and play in the Buckeye Travel Hockey League (BTHL). Travel is mostly within Ohio, but typically also includes Charleston, WV, Lexington, KY, and Fort Wayne and Indianapolis, IN. This is the youngest age division in which body checking is permitted in games. Bantam hockey in the BTHL is competitive. Beginners are accepted at the Bantam level, but may need significant development before they are ready for game play.
