BTHL Info (Athens Youth Hockey Association | Athens Ohio | Bird Arena)

The Buckeye Travel Hockey League is the youth ice hockey league the AYHA participates in for 10U, 12U, and 14U.  Known as the BTHL, this league provides the opportunity for the AYHA teams to compete against other teams not only Ohio, but also in West Virginia, Kentucky, and Indiana.  Additionally, the BTHL provides 8U jamboree opportunities on weekends throughout the season.


BTHL 2021-22 End-of-Season Tournament Dates

• AA/A Divisions, 10U - 14U: Feb 25–27, 2022
• B Divisions, 10U - 14U: Mar 4–6, 2022
• 8U Divisions End of Season Jamboree: Mar 6, 2022

BTHL Scoresheets
For both A and B Division Teams, the home team coach or manager should upload a clear and legible scan or photo of the entire scoresheet (original/top copy if possible) within 24 hours of the end of the game. Please wait for the referee to sign the scoresheet and add any notes regarding penalties. PDF scans are preferred (use an app such as TurboScan to do this from your phone). JPG photos are also acceptable.  Scans may be upload at:

BTHL Misconduct Reports
All Misconduct (e.g. 2-and-10), Game Misconduct, and Match Penalties received by a BTHL team player or coach (whether received in a league game or not) must be reported as soon as possible after the conclusion of the game.  Reports may be uploaded at:
