JV off to a good start for 2010
The JV got off to a good start to the New Year yesterday at the Dispatch Ice House. They played the Northwest Club. The boys started out strong and played well and the first goal was scored by Guy Phillips which put us on the board first. Then the Northwest Club scored and the score was tied 1-1, then the Northwest Club scored again which made them up on us 2-1. Our boys came back and with alot of work and passing the puck Jared Nelson scored to tie the game 2-2. Our boys worked and fought hard at the end of the game with just seconds to go shooting the puck to try to get that 3rd goal for the win but it just didn't happen. But they tied the game and played very well and I think that the JV are going to keep improving the rest of the year!
