JV team off to a Great start.
The Athens Bobcats JV team opened pre-season play facing two strong opponents at Bird Area. After a tough 6-1 loss to the PRPC Ice Prowlers, the JVs responded with a 5-3 win over the Westerville Warcats. “I’m very pleased with the way the team is progressing,” said coach Rossi. “We are a young team, and they are working hard and improving their play on both ends of the ice.” The Troy Bruins come to Bird Arena Saturday, October 24, at 4:45pm, before the Ohio University game. Come out and enjoy some great hockey and support the JV team.
