Bobcats 14U Drops 2 Close Games to Belfry
The Bobcats 14U team dropped two close games to Belfry Hockey on October 15.
The Bobcats were missing three skaters (Cameron, Javier, Brady) from their roster in Game 1. Their lone goal was scored by Landon, unassisted, in the third period. Ian recorded 19 saves.
For Game 2, Cameron returned for his first game since going down with pneumonia, but Javier and Brady were absent. The Bobcats goal was scored by Bostic in the second period, assisted by Eli. Ian recorded 18 saves. The score was 2-1 in the final 2 minutes when the Bobcats pulled Ian from goal; Belfry scored an empty-net goal with 3 seconds remaining.
