Annual Meeting and Banquet

Location: Athens High School, The Plains, OH (cafeteria)
Pure potluck banquet for all AYHA families. Bring plenty of your favorite dish to share, and something to serve it with. Bring drinks for your family. AYHA will provide plates, cups, flatware, napkins.
This is the annual meeting of the association and will include the election of officers for the coming season, who will take office on May 1 and begin work over the summer to plan for the 18-19 season. Nominations were invited via e-mail from
[email protected] on 14 March 2018.
Teams will be honored and logos will be voted on. Awards will be presented. Each team is invited to make a display board (typically "science fair trifold" sized) to display photos, and also to display any trophies or banners won.
Also, please pitch in to help set up and clean up. Leaving the place in good shape means that we'll get it again next year at nominal cost.
