Preseason and Regular Season Schedule
Submitted By Valerie Young on Saturday, July 22, 2017
The online schedule at is the official schedule! The full-season practice schedule should be visible by 01 August 2017. Game schedules will begin to appear in October, as league and non-league scheduling progresses.

Team selection and clinics will be held in September. The regular season officially begins 02 Oct 2017. The number, labeling, and league placement of teams is subject to revision by the Board, and depends on registrations as of 01 August 2017.

The practice schedule for each team varies during the season; the practice schedule for the entire season will be posted by 01 August 2017. The practice schedule has been built by the Board under the guidance of Director of Hockey Phil Oberlin.  The goal is to optimize our usage of the available ice to maximize player development at each age division. Introducing variety into the schedule enables us to approach USA Hockey's on-ice ideal for player development at each age division, while keeping practices to reasonable hours on weekday evenings. Coach Phil will work with coaches throughout the season to help them effectively utilize the ice time to support player development, including holding players accountable for their own behavior. Players who need flexibility due to other commitments or long-distance travel can be accommodated.

Games are generally on weekends, though the high school has some weekday evening games. Game scheduling requires negotiation with other associations. League schedules for the season will be posted in early October. Non-league games will be posted as they are negotiated, typically at least 3 weeks in advance. Each team has its own volunteer scheduler; contact [email protected] to volunteer. There will be a preseason meeting to help schedulers get started.

Tournament scheduling is also the responsibility of each team.
