The 2010 AYHA hockey season is officially scheduled to start the week of October 4, 2010. The only exception to this will be the Varsity/Midget team that will start on September 20th. Please see below for information on

Practice times are slightly different this year due to the Learn To Play Hockey program which will now have Tuesday/Thursday sessions along with the Monday/Wednesday sessions that was offered last year.

Stick and Puck
Bird Arena will be open for Stick & Puck time on the following dates. Admission is $5.00 per person per session and helmets are required. Full gear is recommended.

Coach Morris Fall Hockey Clinic
We’re pleased to announce that Coach Dan Morris will offer his Fall Hockey Clinics again this year. Bring your player out to skate with Coach Mo and the Bobcats for four sessions spread out over two weekends. Registrations will be accepted prior to the start of your session. Clinic fee is $60.00.

TRY HOCKEY
On another note, our “Try Hockey” event will take place on Wednesday October 6th from 6:30pm – 8:30pm. Remember, Try Hockey is a free event where kids can suit up in hockey gear and get on the ice with skating instructors and players from the Ohio University Hockey Team. Please encourage any youth to come to the rink and try hockey.
